In my free time, I spend a lot of time in the kitchen crafting different kinds of food by hand. No matter the outcome, I always gain inner peace and joy.
Pastry Enthusiast
For me, a lovely weekend morning must start with something sweet. Waking up early, baking scones with ingredients available in the kitchen, pulling a cup of coffee and enjoying the pastry while it's still warm... What could be better!
Fine Dining at Home
Having a treat doesn't always mean going to a fine restaurant. Preparing the food on my own is even more fun, especially when the taste of the first bite is beyond expectation.
Yoga
Being present and spending time with myself is my gain of practicing yoga. Being fully present, it’s impossible to be unhappy.
