


Why digital window?
The concept "digital window" is aimed at family cars. According to market research, many customers have strong requirements for the rear interior space. Traffic jams are common in large cities and the average driver spends about 4 hours per day in the car.
The "digital window" serves as a drawing board and screen for children, on which they could learn and play games. Nevertheless, future automobiles would possess different roles and functions. Therefore, the "digital window" is only intended as a transitional solution.
Who is our target group?
BMW team would like to create innovative digital charging services for electric car owners. It is important to take into consideration current offering of the BMW intelligent charging services, while designing new solutions.

This project was done in cooperation with Audi's accessories department. The goal was to develop a concept of enriched in-car functionalities for families. This involved leveraging technological and social trends to meet their needs.
